- Any refund of payment made to www.bossmajestic.com shall be at the sole discretion of Boss Majestic
- All payments are considered final and are non-refundable.
- In the event that Job Majestic terminates or withdraws the operation of any Service, Job Majestic may (but is not obliged to) refund any fees paid by you to Job Majestic on a prorated basis for the remaining and unexpired portion of the term for such specific and relevant Service.
- If your Account is terminated at any time by Job Majestic for breach of the Agreement, or if you cancel any payable Service, you shall not be entitled to any refund of any fees that have been paid to Job Majestic and shall be liable to pay Job Majestic the unpaid balance of the full amount of the agreed fees for the Service.
- Any job advertisement posted on or via Boss Majestic must comply to below guidelines:
- Must not advertise more than one (1) job position in each posting;
- Must be in the English language, with other languages optional;
- Must not demonstrate preference towards a particular gender, age group, or race;
- Must not contain any profanity or suggestion of any obscenities;
- Must not advertise services including training and selling;
- Must not advertise any illegal jobs;
- Must not spamming the same job advertisements on abusive manner;
- Job advertisements posted will remain published online for thirty (30) days, with the exception of the purchase of any promotion that extends the job advertisement expiry period.
- Boss Majestic reserves the right to refuse to run any advertisements at its sole discretion, in particular those advertisements which are deemed not suitable for publication on any of Boss Majestic's websites.
